Hi! I'm glad you stopped for a visit! The first thing I must tell you is I have a passion for the Lord... I cannot wait to see what He has for me each day! Next has to be about the love of my life... Luke! We have now been married for over 32 years. Our motivation is to keep growing closer to God while growing closer to each other... status quo is not an option! It's only because of God that it just keeps getting better. Even after all these years... we still love spending time with each other. And we spend a LOT of time together as we run 2 businesses from our home.
We live in Lake, Michigan... no not the Great Lake, but a small town northwest of Mt. Pleasant. I am running a handmade, home décor business, inspired style by carin. Luke also has an agricultural consultant business, Shining Legend Agronomy.
I have been blogging for fifteen years. I've always had something in me that made me dream of being a writer. For now it is with blogging. I enjoy crafts of all sorts... I say I am a "schizophrenic crafter"... I dabble in many areas, not really mastering any. I love women's ministry, along with that God has really given my hubby and me a heart for empowering marriages... we have been able to lead marriage retreats. I pray God will continue to open more doors of opportunity to share His love. We love to travel, cook, and being in nature... not for camping, just for hiking or kayaking! I am not very outdoorsy! I am a girly-girl, but I can get my hands dirty if needed!

We have a fur-kids: Mimsey, a 16 y.o. cat, and Miz Beazley and Stella, our 2 Goldendoodles... they are so fun! We have a blessed life and try to live each day in His grace as He adds to our story!
